Excellent service would definitely use again.

An experience I wont pay for again! When I dropped my car off at waggon and horses I had to wait around 20 minutes to be transported to the airport. It got worse when my flight got back in to Bristol airport. It was 11pm when I phoned their number to tell them I was waiting. I was told to wait til next bus. So I waited and waited and waited. ...I phoned number again, to be told I needed to wait for the bus that said westfield lodge written on it and not the waggon and horses bus I had come in on! When I did eventually get that bus we were all taken to some big derelict building where cars were parked, about a mile off from I had parked my car off. I wasnt told any of this would happen or to look for different bus on way out. The driver was rude and didnt explain anything to anyone. The time I got into my car it was an hour and half since I had started waiting. My recommendation is NEVER to use waggon and horses.

Friendly, efficient. We have used several times now and have not been disappointed.

The service was excellent I met my car the way I left it everything was safe. I got picked up on time after arriving under the average of about 5mins. In general it is worth the money. Thanks guys.

As usual, Waggon and Horses gave us a very good service. Friendly, reliable, on the ball. The only small issue was with transfer back from the airport to our car. Not really W&H's fault, but it was a very busy time and so there wasn't room for us on the first bus to arrive, and we had to wait another 20 minutes until it returned for a second pick-up. Is there any way that busy times can be predicted and, perhaps, another van be available? This may be an unrealistic idea. In any case, we would certainly use W&H again in the future. They're good.

Helpful staff when we dropped the car off. Really nice people. However on picking the car up it was elsewhere which wasn't a problem but the driver off the bus picking us up didn't say which car park he was from and the bus was sign written with a different car park. All he had to do was tell people who he was working for. If I hadn't asked he would have driven off with out us. Also we were just told our car was outside somewhere. It took some finding and had no lighting to help us find it in what was an old yard. Apart from that, Ok.

A very dismissive attitude by, I assume, a harassed driver / desk receptionist. On our return to the car park, our vehicle was already there but as it was not sign-written as Waggon and Horses we didn`t attempt to board it. !!! Clarification was confirmed when we rang for collection and was told he had just left and would return ASAP. ???
