The car mats were filthy car and the car was splash with mud, must have in a field somewhere. The car had cleaned the day before. Will not be using the flying scot at edinburgh again.

Excellent service as always - speedy check in, immediate transfer and collected on return within 5 minutes of phone call. Highly recommended

Flying Scot is brilliant. Efficient, really close to the airport and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Much, much better than some other car park services I've used recently. Thank you and keep up the good work!

We arrived to the welcomne 'I hope you are in the wrong place'. When queried, the guy wanted more cash because we had a van and not a normal car (well a short VW transporter counts as a normal car anywhere else and fits into a normal car park!). So we had a number of arguments with them which was pretty stressful and were sent off that they would figure out what we had to pay until we came back. We told them that we wouldn't have come here as a taxi would have been cheaper. I threatened calling the police if there was a problem getting our car back - it wasn't the nicest experience to hand our car keys to these people without receipt! They blamed the booking site, while we fiercly protested that this was a problem for them to sort out, not us. If they wanted car type and measurement than we should have been asked when booking. The pick up was fine (different people) but being away worrying about this was an experience I could have done without - and it wasn't nice for the kids to experience this stress either when off to an exciting little holiday. Never again, it fits well into the overall horribleness of Edinburgh Airport parking and drop off management.

Easy to find, staff dealt with checking the car in/out efficiently. No long waits for buses to/from the airport.

I was happy with being taken to airport as there was no waiting around, but on my return my husband called to let flyin scot no were in arrival with our luggage, was told to go and wait outside at stand 11 we had to wait about for 20min in the cold at 12.10am, flyin scot is only a couple of minutes outside airport, so should not be that long getting to passengers that just want to get their car and get home.
