Reviewed on 28th August 2018No problem on arrival at the car park on our day of departure but we were not impressed when we returned. We waited almost 20 minutes for the bus and when we got to the car park there were two cars blocking our car. We then had to wait again for them to move these cars. Furthermore, the barrier did not work when trying to leave. Overall, a very amateurish set up.

Reviewed on 23rd April 2018Price competitive but bus from airport very slow to arrive and perhaps one to two bus loads left waiting for a later bus when we were picked up. Checking in process slow and had to queue to collect keys when we were leaving. Perhaps more secure but very slow compared with other car parks.

Reviewed on 4th June 2015I was not happy with flying scot. I booked from 21/5/15 to 2/06/15. I then contacted the office to correct my error that my flight back was in fact LEAVING NY on the Tuesday arriving at Edinburgh 7.45 wed. On arrival on the Tuesday the 21st I reiterated that my ETA was in fact the Wednesday. I was informed NO PROBLEM. However on the arriving at the desk to pick up the car the lady in charge was very rude and said I owed them another 5 pounds. Her reaction was "OH aye thats what they all say I want a fiver yer motor is in the shed" Courtesy i dont think!!

Reviewed on 18th December 2012Not the usual high quality experience from Flying Scot. On our return, the bus took 25 minutes to come and pick us up and each time we called, they told us it was on its way which was a blatant lie as the car park is less than 5 minutes drive away. We could have walked there and be halfway home in that time. There was no excuse for this, they said they were busy. When we finally got to the car park, there was another bus sat there. It takes a bus 10 minutes to do a round trip, there was no excuse for a 25 minute wait. And whilst we were waiting, three of the Secure Airparks buses came and went. A very poor experience.

Reviewed on 26th July 2010I left my car with Flying Scot on 4th July and collected the car on my return from holiday on the 15th July. Problem was that there was an orange scuff the whole length of my rear wheel arch which was definitely not there when I dropped the car off. I filled in a form and was told that the Manager would contact me in around 6 days, it's now the 26th July and I have not received a phone call from Flying Scot which is rather disappointing. On the strength of this, it will be the first & last time that I will using Flying Scot.
