Reviewed on 6th June 2019I have used Flying Scot many times & have been delighted with their performance. This time however, I picked up my car to find it absolutely covered in bird droppings & leaves/twigs. The droppings had obviously been on the car for many days & were very difficult to remove,in fact I had to use a car wash to clean the screen & body work before making my way home on a 150 mile journey. This must have been noted by the driver who drove my car to the pick up & I feel that it should have been addressed before I collected, especially as the cleaning facilities are available as Flying Scot advertise a complete valeting service. I will seriously reconsider booking with them again.

Reviewed on 4th April 2017Surly, unhelpful and uncommunicative staff at 5.30 in the morning. Total opposite at 2 in the afternoon! Narrow entrance/exit so take care especially when entering in case a member of early morning staff is exiting at the same time! At busy times there don't seem to be any places to leave your car. Apart from that it's the same as most other car parks and I would probably use it again for convenience and price.

Reviewed on 30th September 2015As much as previous use had been very satisfactory, the last time we experienced some problems related to change of the courtesy phone number which we were not told before hand and had to use after many attempts their BT number. Also, we would appreciate on collecting back the car at night that the area is flood lit or we are shown to the car to avoid wandering with luggage on an uneven muddy surface. Otherwise, the service was efficient.

Reviewed on 24th June 2015After using Flying Scot several times over the years with no complaints this was our worst experience. We called as normal after collecting our luggage and then made our way to the pick up point at stand 5 where we had to wait out in the open for a further 15 minutes. Luckily it was dry but this was not the usual service we expect of Flying Scot.

Reviewed on 19th April 2015Early morning arrival at reception desk was met by a grumpy, unpleasant female receptionist who was obviously having a hard time with her PC. Didn't even lift her head to acknowledge us and after waiting for several minutes - unnoticed???, she was joined by a colleague who then asked us about our booking.

Reviewed on 14th September 2014As usual we could find no trace of a telephone in the arrivals hall to phone for the bus. Coming out of the arrivals hall there were no signs directing passengers to the bus stances.

Reviewed on 13th May 2014Coming back on a Sunday night means one has to wait for at least 10 mins to fill the minivan. Moving the pick up point away from the terminal means one has walked nearly half way to the car park.

Reviewed on 12th November 2013We arrived at the card park to be told by a lady that there was no record of our booking. It's a good job that we had the form with us, otherwise she wouldn't have let us park. It's not problem, but I was made to feel like it was because we had booked through a third party! After some faffing about, we were eventually allowed to park. I'm not sure if I would return here as the customer service wasn't very good. There are other car parks in the vicinity that I have used in the past, and would rather go there in the future.

Reviewed on 4th June 2011I was happy with being taken to airport as there was no waiting around, but on my return my husband called to let flyin scot no were in arrival with our luggage, was told to go and wait outside at stand 11 we had to wait about for 20min in the cold at 12.10am, flyin scot is only a couple of minutes outside airport, so should not be that long getting to passengers that just want to get their car and get home.

Reviewed on 26th September 2009WMy only complaint would be that Flying Scot were difficult to find! A notice at the end of the road near the roundabout would be helpful.
