Speedy drop off and collection. Great location.

First class service as usual.

After using Flying Scot several times over the years with no complaints this was our worst experience. We called as normal after collecting our luggage and then made our way to the pick up point at stand 5 where we had to wait out in the open for a further 15 minutes. Luckily it was dry but this was not the usual service we expect of Flying Scot.

I use Flying Scot because it is so near the airport and easy to get to on the day of travel. The cost is reasonable and the transfer to the airport takes minutes and the staff are friendly. I will continue to use in the future.

Been using Flying Scot for many years and have always found the service first class. Wouldn't use anywhere else.

I was not happy with flying scot. I booked from 21/5/15 to 2/06/15. I then contacted the office to correct my error that my flight back was in fact LEAVING NY on the Tuesday arriving at Edinburgh 7.45 wed. On arrival on the Tuesday the 21st I reiterated that my ETA was in fact the Wednesday. I was informed NO PROBLEM. However on the arriving at the desk to pick up the car the lady in charge was very rude and said I owed them another 5 pounds. Her reaction was "OH aye thats what they all say I want a fiver yer motor is in the shed" Courtesy i dont think!!

I have used car parks the world over. This one is rated one of the best. No fuss, no hassle, even if plans get unavoidably changed. Many thanks.

Very happy with service. From on line booking, to reception at carpark, delivery/collection by very professional staff to/at airport and finally a great welcome and best wishes for our journey home. A big thank you.

After suffering very minor scratch and scuff damage after a valet during a week long stay in April and despite leaving clear written instructions it is more than a little disappointing that only one of the scuff marks was repaired. Usual splendid service otherwise.
