Overall - a good service.

Early morning arrival at reception desk was met by a grumpy, unpleasant female receptionist who was obviously having a hard time with her PC. Didn't even lift her head to acknowledge us and after waiting for several minutes - unnoticed???, she was joined by a colleague who then asked us about our booking.

Easy to find and very close to EDI terminal. You leave the car keys at reception. Had to wait 10 minutes or so for the shuttle bus at 7am. Pick up from EDI was prompt. Good standard of buses. Drivers both pleasant and helpful. Only slight gripe is that they didn't move my car up to near the reception when I returned.

Staff very efficient and helpful. Prompt transfers. Will continue to use this car park.

Very inexpensive parking a few minutes by transfer bus to the airport. All staff lovely and helpful. On return very easy to use courtesy phone in airport and transfer bus arrived promptly. Would defiantly use again.

Excellent - everything went according to plan.

Really efficient service and convenient location. Only flaw was that I had to reverse the car along two alleys of parked vehicles before I could turn to drive to the exit - first time in years that's been necessary.
