Worked well on drop off but on pick up there was a little confusion which resulted in me sitting about, phoning several numbers before I could find anyone to phone me back. They then explained that my car was actually already waiting for me in a car park. That could have been made clearer as we are all a bit stupid when tired from flying. Would still highly recommend this service, but check all details before leaving home to save landing confusion.

Reviewed on 6th January 2011All went 100% smoothly with both handing the car over when I arrived at the car park & getting it back on my return. The only reason I have given the service a 4 and not a 5 is because when I got the car back I found that during my absence someone had fiddled with the car's in-built satellite navigation system and ALL my stored destinations had been deleted. As these included several overseas destinations that had been saved as locations and not addresses, to say I was not pleased is an understatement!

Reviewed on 29th August 2010After telephoning your company as suggested, I arrived at the car park to be met by your representative. she was efficient and friendly. After completing the paperwork I was on my way to the departure lounge.On my return my car was returned after about a 5 min wait. I also found the price charged to be reasonable.

Reviewed on 22nd May 2010Handing the car over on arrival was very helpful as we could unload our luggage in front of the terminal. We did however have a little anxiety locating the company representative on our return. This could easily be rectified if the agent carried a placard or other, bearing the client's name and awaiting arrival at the terminal itself, especially nighttime arrivals. This is common practice with transfer connections.
