Easy and friendly, it made a good start to my holiday.

Overall the service was excellent - thank you. Our only slight worry was on the way out - at 4.45am - when there was no reply on the mobile phone number we had been asked to use to say we were on our way and to give an ETA for the pick up of our car. As it was the first time we'd used the service it did cause us a bit of concern as you don't know who you're dealing with. On the second attempt to phone, we got through and it was plain sailing from then on, although the pick up was a bit late in arriving at the airport on the way out. We shall certainly consider using your services again. Many thanks.

We were met very promptly on returning home from our holiday, and the car was in perfect order. It was lovely to be able to just collect our luggage, get in the car and drive home!! We also appreciated the welcoming smile and friendly manner. This was a great service at a reasonable cost. Thank you.

Great price for the service provided. I called the number provided 20 mins before arriving at the airport to let them know that I was on my way. Unfortunately they weren't there to meet me at the appointed time. I had to wait 15 minutes in the car park before they showed up. This was a bit worrying as I thought that I might be waiting in the wrong place. I might as well have used cheaper service and a shuttle bus if I was going to be kept waiting. Having said that they were courteous and eveything else went smoothly. The return journey went like clockwork, so full marks there.

I was apprehensive about using this type of service for the first time as anyone would be handing the keys to your pride and joy over to a complete stranger. My fears were however allayed on finding my car waiting for me (in the same condition as left) at the airport after a quick phone call on arrival. A friendly, reliable service which I would certainly recommend and use again. Only a valeted car on arrival would have pushed my rating up to a first class mark of 5 instead of 4 but still a very good service.

Very good service. I have used them a few times now and they have all ways been very good and you only have a very short walk to the terminal.
