Reviewed on 15th June 2025As efficient as ever BUT I do wish they would not disconnect my dashcam, or fiddle with my lights or music. The seat I understand but the rest I don't. It's grossly annoying hence only 3 stars this time. But it by far a very good service.

Reviewed on 16th December 2024I normally get great service, however on this occasion my car was half an hour later than scheduled, and the reason I was told is they had 42 cars in one hour, not really acceptable at midnight. Also Cleary parking too close to other cars I had white marks on mine, luckily I was able to Tcut out.

Reviewed on 15th October 2024Service was adequate in terms of meet and return ease BUT my car came back covered in mud outside and the drivers mat was also totally covered inside. Assume it was stored in a field and the returning driver took no care to clean/cover their feet on entering to repatriate me with it. Having just had it valeted before we went away this is totally unacceptable. I have complained by email as instructed but to date not even had a courtesy reply to acknowledge the issue. Won’t be using ‘Sure Meet & Greet’ again!

Reviewed on 6th November 2023Everything was ok-ish. However, the manner of the individuals answering the phone, both on departure and arrival was very abrupt and verging on rude. They ask you to phone 20 minutes in advance of dropping your car off so that they can have someone there to meet you. We tried to ring multiple times but it was engaged. When we finally got through, ten minutes before arrival, I was 'told off' in a very patronising and rude way 'you're meant to ring 20 minutes before arrival madam" then the phone put down on me before I could explain! On arrival back into the country, after our holiday, again, the person on the phone spoke very abruptly to me and when I asked him to repeat himself he hung up on me. He had a very strong accent, which is fine, but I just couldn't understand him and unfortunately he seemed to get very upset when I apologized and said I didn't understand and asked him to repeat himself. Then when our car did arrive after our holiday, the front seat and dashboard were soaking wet, like the window had been left open or something. No explanation or apology was provided. The front seat was so wet that we couldn't use it for a couple of days and CDs in the passenger side door were soaking. The practical service was not too bad, ie, the car was taken and given back in one piece...but the customer experience left a lot to be desired unfortunately.

Reviewed on 26th July 2021On our outward bound trip, the service was very good. They phoned me 3 times to check our arrival time at Gatwick & were there to meet us for a prompt handover. However, on our return, we landed exactly on time & phoned them once we had collected our baggage. It was difficult to get through as they were ‘on another call’ & when we did manage to speak to someone, we were told 20-25 minutes. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for the car to arrive. This was a bit frustrating. When eventually the car arrived, the parking attendant was very apologetic & said they had 7 flights arrive in quick succession. I think that they needed more staff on that day. I would probably use them again as the arrival service was good but was less impressed on the return leg, hence the 3* review.

Reviewed on 24th February 2020Drop off was fine but had to wait half an hour (from first call) as the driver went to the wrong terminal.
