Reviewed on 25th March 2019Disappointed at being accused of only calling the number when in car park when l called 20 minutes before arrival from the motorway, I then had to pay an additional car parking fee £4.00. Not the amount but the principal of the matter, the chap who was very rude didn’t give a damn, not what l expected.

Reviewed on 23rd February 2019Okay service for the money, but when you pay for meet & greet you expect to be greeted when you arrive to collect your car, not 50 minutes after you called to inform you had collected your luggage. After a 8.5hr flight overnight you don’t want to be waiting around with two young children for that long in the cold. Would consider using again if they were the cheapest but costs would be the only aspect that would sway us to rebook.

Reviewed on 15th October 2018Great service on dropping car off, however rang after bag collection as advised,told see you in 20 minutes, however car returned 35 minutes later,not what you want late at night! Car was fine though!

Reviewed on 13th October 2018Rang when collecting my luggage at Gatwick and was told my car would be delivered in 20 minutes. It didn’t arrive and I rang repeatedly. It seemed they didnt know where my car was and promised to ring me back. They didn’t. Eventually it turned up after 35 minutes and the driver blamed traffic. However the trip on the car showed the journey was only 10 minutes! Not good.

Reviewed on 4th August 2018Normally, the drop-off and pick-up goes well but last time, despite having booked online and having a reference number and confirmation, the company appeared to be unaware of my booking, both at drop-off and pick-up.

Reviewed on 9th June 2018It all worked perfectly and was good value. The only criticism was the delay in delivery of the vehicle. With no luggage to collect I rang when we got off the plane but was told it was too early and to ring again when we were through customs which we did. In fact the wait was 20 minutes and I’m guessing from customs to the car park was less than 10 minutes. Not a big issue but slightly irritating since plane to customs was 10 minutes.

Reviewed on 27th March 2018Drop off was fine, but collecting the car on the return wasn’t. Waited half hour for our car which is a shame. Managed to finish a large coffee in that time. The flight arrived on time and I called like they tell you to once we had picked our cases up. Would have preferred to get our car quicker. Had better service elsewhere.

Reviewed on 23rd December 2017This is the first time I have used "LG" and was very pleased that my car would be collected and returned to the "Short stay car park" and time saved with this facility. The arrival portion of the car parking was very quick and efficient but the return aspect was very poor and irritating. My travel friend phoned the "LG" tel. no. as instructed once we had received our baggage and I also phoned but the line was busy, so I asked him to pass me his phone once he had finished. I explained that I also had a car to collect and gave my name and make of car, I was not asked for the registration, but told to proceed to the orange car park area of the short stay car park with my friend to collect our cars. My friends car arrived but not mine, so I asked the driver where my car was and he said he had not been informed of my car, he then contacted the office and I had to wait another 15 minutes whilst my car was brought the 6 miles to meet me.
