LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

It has been a smooth process for us. The men that we met coming and going were both nice. We didn't have to wait too long, just a reasonable waiting time. The car came back clean and tidy just as how we've left it to them. So thank you very much Park and Go! :)

Fairly efficient better at drop off than return when we were left waiting for about 10 minutes. Always have difficulty understanding telephone operators.

Convenient but a long wait for car to be given back.

Good fast service will use again. I did notice some drivers driving around the carpark a bit too confidently. Just have a walk round the car with driver on dropping off and picking up. Good easy no hassle.

Wonderful service until I arrived home and called from baggage reclaim to be told my car was ready but had they had accidentally gone to the wrong terminal. I have 2 young children so it was irritating having to wait. The driver, however, was extremely helpful and kind which did make up for mistake.

Super service keep it up. The only reason I didn't give you a 5 is you can always get better even if you think you can't do any more.

Excellent service overall. My only quibble is the length of time (about 20 minutes) it took for our car to be delivered back to us in the car park at Gatwick. We were promised 20 minutes and that is what it took.

All went according to plan (despite being a car park fire at Gatwick on landing!) Would definitely use again. Reliable & very good value.
