LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

This was altogether a different experience from the disastrous experience with First Choice we had last time, who are known in the Gatwick area as con men who regularly go bankrupt every two years or so. LG was polite, on time and looked after the vehicle well. More than happy to recommend them to future customers and will certainly use them again.

Prompt service at reasonable price but lonely pick-up and drop-off point.

Good service. Few minutes delay on arrival and again at pick up but not enough to be a problem. Would be happy to use again.

There was a problem getting through to them on the phone on our return. Had to ring a different number to get through to someone.

Thought this company was great, on time, no fuss, car fine. Only 1 point from 5 out of 5 and excellent was the directions to the car park. If you don't know where they are to drop car you can get stuck in lanes of traffic and not get out. Other than that they were great, will use again.

I cannot understand the ruling that you have to phone the car park once luggage has been collected. The flight. was already one hour late in arriving and having to wait another 20 minutes for my car was annoying. Surely to phone just as you get to collect your luggage would be more efficient for all of us. Both drivers on collection and delivery were courteous and efficient and apart from this one niggle I would use them again.

Good overall but had to wait 10 minutes at drop off after giving 20 minutes notice of arrival and similar at pick up. However, staff were courteous and helpful and the service provides excellent value for money. Would happily use again.

The parking service was very good, a phone call 20 mins before I arrived and the man was at the car park to greet us and on the return everything was well organised, the only trouble was that the car park where you drop off and pick up was so busy it was hard to find a place to leave the car for the swap over and on collection there was such a big queue to get in the car park that we had to meet them outside to save a long wait. Generally a very good service but the area where the exchanges take place must be better organised.

A good all round experience just a pity there is no specific parking drop of and pick up point all staff were great and professional.
