Driver there to meet you at airport and on return so very good in terms of punctuality. However on inspection of our car when we got home we had 3 small dents/scratches on the drivers side that weren't there when we left the car. Totally our fault though we should have checked car at airport on handback - lesson learnt!

Wasy and quick service and there was no problems - we waited for the drop off man to turn up which was not long - when we came off the flight and got our bags called the company and walked through the customs and through the terminal the car and driver was already waiting - good service.

We were picked up promptly there was a slight misunderstanding on picking the car up but I would be happy to use LGParking again.

System worked well as usual - with one reservation. Upon return to Gatwick the access telephone number failed. I was referred from one number to the alternative and back again several times. All OK in the end because I was contacted by Park & Go - but not until after a few moments of minor panic !!!
