Good service and staff, would use again.

The Park n Go drop off arrangements were fine and it was convenient to drop the car and head straight into the terminal. However, on pick up, we were informed NOT to call until after we have collected all of our baggage - to avoid delays. But these are delays at their end. We called at 7.20pm as we were leaving the baggage hall. We were told that it was a "very busy time" and there would be a delay of half an hour. If we had called as we had left the plane heading through passport control, then this would have been fine. As it was, we were in the car park at 7.30pm and the car did not arrive until 8pm. We may as well have got the bus to an airport car park so I did not feel that the meet and greet element was really worth it.

Have used Sure Parking a number of times. They have a good pick-up service but are consistently late returning the car, taking over 1/2 hour rather than the advertised 20 minutes.

It all ran very smoothly, your man was there at the airport waiting to collect the car, and a different man awaited us with the car on our return. As they say 'it did what it said on the tin' Would recommend to others. Many Thanks.

Excellent service. Someone was at Gatwick at 0445 when we dropped off the car, and on return the car was delivered promptly by courteous driver. Will definitely use again.
