However the handover at Gatwick was very quick & easy, which then allowed ust to just walk into the airport to start the holiday stress free. On return I called to advise arrival and the representative was at the meeting place within 5 minutes of me walking to the meeting point. As they say "It did what it said on the tin". I would use again.
