Reviewed on 13th June 2017The confirmatory papers directed us to the wrong carpark (5 - 4th floor) instead of 6 - 4th floor. 5 is tortuous to navigate up and down but after a phone call we were met eventually in the right place. This all took about 15 minutes but luckily we had enough time. I have also notified you two days ago of a missing cover for my tow hook from the front bumper but have not received any reply as yet.

Reviewed on 21st May 2017Gatwick has now completed the new Car Park and it's made it so much easier. I would definitely recommend Park & Go. This is the third time I've used them and will definitely be using them again.
