I would have been ok with this if the telephone operator had advised of delays - I could have had a coffee, or even a meal and avoided standing around waiting. Shame, I liked the service. Today however I happily parked in short stay to avoid any repetition of waiting...

Reviewed on 18th March 2017A little confusion over the right level. Paperwork said one thing but when phoning 20 mins before they said something different. I followed the paperwork but should have listened to the phone instructions :) Otherwise on time in both directions. Very good!!
