Excellent service from drop off to collection. Driver was waiting for us when dropped vehicle off and as soon as we came out of Gatwick Airport, we were again greeted by the driver. No hanging around. Quick and efficient service and will definitely recommend and use again.

Service was spot on. Did not have to wait around at drop off or pick up. The gentleman we had provided a 5 star service! Would definitely use again.

Four stars, because on arrival to Gatwick/dropping the car off we had to wait a further 15 minutes for the driver to arrive after he confirmed the meeting point/time. However, on return from holiday the driver met us with very little wait time as you would expect with meet and greet services.

Excellent service. I didn’t have to wait even a minute outside. Driver turned up within 5 minutes of my phone call both at drop-off and pick-up . Absolutely perfect, made the journey a lot easier and stress free.

Best company I have used recently. Three bookings this year, excellent service and very friendly drivers (Paul is one). I have blue badge exemption at airports ( drop down charge if registered with NCP) and the company picked up and dropped off in the drop down zone, no messing with finding a car park!!!

Excellent handover both ends of the journey, flexibility allowed is to reduce travelling time and hassle. Would use The Gatwick Valet Parking Company again.
