Excellent service. Collected and delivered car within fifteen minutes, was friendly and helpful and ensured we were happy with car before leaving.

We were running late on our way out due to the traffic, but phoned them up and it was all fine. You drop the car in a certain car park and level as told when you phone 15 minutes beforehand. Pick up from the same place, we only had to wait a few minutes to collect too. We chose the option to pay the exit fee on way out, was told was £3.80 but it was in fact £4.00 and can only pay by card, not cash. This is only reason why I marked the review down as would have been very handy to know, after the flight home.

It was the first time I used this company and I was very satisfied with the service I received. The gentlemen collecting & delivering my car, were friendly, approachable & very helpful. I rang the office 15 minutes before I was due to arrive at the designated car park but the driver was already there when I arrived. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the 3rd time I have use the Gatwick Valet Parking Company and every time has been excellent. You ring them around 15 minutes before you arrive and they are there to meet you, very polite and they return your car within 10 minutes of you calling on your return. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use again next year!!

We have used for several years now, very straight forward process and was just what we needed, from phoning en route to Gatwick & meeting at car park to leave car and then on return ringing from baggage claim and collecting car at same car park. Got my money’s worth, thank you will be using again.
