Reviewed on 20th August 2025Excellent from start to finish. I was called on my way to Gatwick and was met by a member of staff. This was repeated on arrival and I was in the car within 5 minutes after collecting our bags. Very easy to drop off and collect our car.

When I phoned The Gatwick Valet Parking Company as I approached the airport for departure, and again after baggage reclaim on arrival, the phone was answered promptly and the car was collected/ returned with very little delay. It was a friendly service and I felt that I mattered as a customer. The price was very competitive too.
