Their instructions on where to meet them etc are excellent and they do a check around your car before they take it including noting down the mileage which gives you confidence they will take care of it. I would highly recommend them and Park & Go.

Reviewed on 14th August 2017Excellent service on drop off - I was called to check my arrival time 25 minutes prior to arrival, given very clear instructions and driver was waiting when we got here. Driver also helpfully gave us directions for quickest route to our check in desk. Our experience on return was totally different. Called on collecting luggage to be told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. After 35 minutes the driver called and had been sent to the wrong terminal, finally arriving 40 minutes after I called. When I explained this to the driver he said I could not be right and told me he had only been sent out 20 minutes earlier. I offered to show him the call log on my phone. Would have been quicker to pay far less and park at long stay.
