Car delivered back to us at north terminal, car park 6, level 4. Long time coming. Then very bad instructions about how to get out. All very fishy and very unprofessional. Car also had a slow puncture. Apart from that episode, a very good service.

Excellent service which was there waiting when we arrived and on leaving the airport. Good quality company.

I have used This company before and been satisfied. But this time was extremely unimpressed. We landed and rang for our car, but had to ring 4 times before they eventually picked up(15 minutes after first call)By this time we was already at the pick up point. It then took over 30 mins for them to deliver the car. During this time I rang them and asked where it was and was not happy with the guys attitude. He was very whatever. And when I questioned as to the delay in picking up the phone in the beginning he said that he would have to check his call history as to whether I did call that amount of times. I will continue to book via park and go, but will not ever select Gatwick Valet again Regards, Len Spencer.

Great service. Polite and friendly staff in the office and on the road. Speedy drop off and collection of car and clear instructions on how to find car park on drop off and collection after collecting luggage. Highly recommended, will use again and again.

Everything went very well apart from the return when the driver brought my car to Car park 6 level 4 but we couldn't find him. He had phoned my wife to tell us where he was but she had her phone in her bag so didn't hear it. Anyway, the driver eventually found us but the exit ticket he gave us had expired so we had to pay £3.80 to exit the car park. Overall very good service and very good value but must remember to keep your mobile handy!

Excellent service, prompt drop off and collection and very courteous. Easy to find and 2 minutes walk directly into the terminal. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very good overall. Clearer explanation needed as to where to meet on return.
