Always a great service. There were no issues with drop-off even though we were early, and the same with arrivals again even though we were the best part of an hour early. Recommended.

On return, we had to wait more than 40 minutes out in the car park for the driver to arrive at the scheduled location.

Very good reliable service. Car was parked very close to the airport. Only qualm was had to wait for 15 minutes for the car to be delivered on our return. This could be expedited.

I've used various valet companies through park and go and never had a bad experience, until now. Both the drop off and collection was horrific and stressful. I called on the drop off as requested 20 minutes before arriving. When I got there, there was no one to collect the car. Several calls later and a 15 minute wait and someone eventually turned up. The return collection was far worse though. I called just prior to collecting my luggage to let the company know luggage had started to come out, they said call again when luggage arrived. 5 minutes later I called to let them know the luggage had been collected, no answer. Called again, no answer. I called 30 times over a period of 20 minutes and just got the message that the user was unable to take your call. I walked to the car park totally stressed and pulled out my paperwork. I saw a second number on the paperwork and called that, after 2 attempts I got an answer. I was told my car would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later my car arrived, I was furious. It had been about 45/50 mins since my first call. I will not use this company again. I'm not sure if it's a one man outfit as it was the same guy on both legs of my journey and who took all the calls.
