3rd Time we have used this service which seems to get ever better - car returned in 5 minutes!!!

We arrived earlier than our anticipated arrival time on the day of departure and understandably were required to wait until somebody became available for us to hand over the key. On return from holiday however, we arrived on time but had to wait 30 mins from the time of our phone call until our car arrived. This is much longer than we would have anticipated.

Excellent service. I used this company twice, May at South terminal and September North terminal. Just to add that the North terminal was for 2 cars. On both occasions upon arrival the phone was answered almost immediately and the agent arriving at the same time as us. Telephoned after picking up bags and again agent arrived almost immediately after us getting to the departure car park. Smooth and efficient. Would highly recommend. thank you. will certainly use again when back at Gatwick.

Drop off was fine. We had to wait for a 2nd car to be delivered before our keys were available.

A very good and efficient service. Everything went smoothly we were met at the arranged place and time both on departure and arrival. Saves a lot of time going to and from a car park on a bus. Park and Go offer favourable rates if you book early. I would recommend this company for those who prefer the "meet and greet" type of parking.

Excellent service on both departure and arrival (bit of a wait on arrival but this cannot be helped given traffic). Well worth the money and would recommend.
