Great service and no issues except we were waiting a while (15 minutes or so) for the driver for our outbound journey despite phoning ahead to tell them our arrival time. Alternatively though, on the way home the driver was waiting for us as our luggage took a long time to come through at Gatwick. Used two years running and will use again.

Excellent - I have used several companies over many years and The Gatwick Valet Parking company is outstanding. They rang back immediately when the call cut out before arrival and knew who I was and all the details by my mobile number. The gentleman who met us on arrival at the car park was friendly and professional. Collecting the car was painless - they arrived with the car exactly when they said - and it was the same friendly gentleman. Highly recommended.
