Great service will use again.

Really great service. Easy to drop off at the Gatwick North Terminal and once we had our cases we rang for our car. A few minutes later when we got outside we realised we had landed at the South Terminal. Just as we were about to call again, we received a call from the driver checking which terminal we were at as he thought we should be at South. Our car arrived within 13 minutes of our original call. Brilliant service, will use again and would recommend to others.

The only way to park at Gatwick. Driver waiting for us at start of holiday and brought the car back within minutes of collecting luggage on return. Will use again; Highly recommended.

Efficient, prompt and great value!

Service was quick and easy. After I called, the driver arrived 5 min later on the way out. On the way back same thing, I called and was told he will be with me within 5 min and he was. I can highly recommend Park & Go services.

Excellent service, prompt and polite.

Have given the best rating because, the pick up at the end of our holiday was seamless. The beginning was not so good, as we could not get hold of anyone on the phone number supplied. After about 20 mins, someone picked up and said that the driver was 20 mins late and we would have to wait. However this will not stop me from using the service again, as we always leave plenty of time before our flight for life's little emergencies.

All worked well despite us arriving an hour earlier than we expected. Our pick up was complicated because the short term car park 6, which is used for pick up, was closed, the alternative car park 5 has limited pick up and drop off facilities. Overall it worked well, quicker than using the long term car parks and better value for money.
