Really smooth process, very impressed (and relieved!)

Have used before, excellent service would not hesitate to use again.

I used the Parking Company Meet and Greet service at Gatwick 7/7/15 needing a very early morning drop-off. Excellent service from friendly people. Instructions by phone as we approached Gatwick were simple and clear, driver was waiting at drop-off point (right next to Departure Lounge) and he checked car bodywork while I got a luggage trolley. On return same driver was with us 15 minutes after phone call from Baggage Reclaim so we were on our way without delay. I will be using Valet Parking Company in future and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Generally very good service. Didn't have to wait for long. BUT they did break my water bottle holder which I didn't notice till I was on the way home. It's only about £5 from Halfords but a bit annoying as they must have noticed it when they did it. Oh well.

Overall an excellent service, which we shall use again, with only minor quibbles. On arrival at South Airport, we had to wait 10-15 mins for driver to turn up and wondered if we were in the right area. I think the Directions could be amended slightly to read "For SOUTH terminal please go to ORANGE zone (Express Pick-up area) of Short Stay car park". On our return, driver was already waiting for us. Both drivers were friendly and courteous.

I used the Gatwick Valet parking, and found it to be great. We had to wait about five minutes on arrival, but we had already told the operator that we were delayed slightly by traffic. On our return the car was with us just after we arrived at the pick up point. Overall the service was very good, and the driver was very polite. Will definitely use again.

This is the second time we have used park and go and have found them prompt, punctual and pleasant on both occasions, will definitely be using them again.

I was quite impressed with this service but there are a couple of things I would like to point out. I found it a bit confusing when I arrived at the short stay car park as instructed, I was told over the phone someone would be there to meet me, well it took a while for me to notice there was someone there. Also when my car was returned it was covered in sticky stuff like sap, so I think it must have been parked the whole week under some trees. I didn't notice it until the following day as it was dark when I collected the car. Apart from these points I was happy with the service, could have been improved if the car had been washed for me for my return.

I have used Gatwick Valet Parking many times. On this occasion, the man arrived at the same times as us on the outward journey. On the return however it was 30 minutes from when we phoned with our bags before the driver showed up. I think he had been to the wrong terminal.
