Once again had to wait for pick up 🥺

The person to greet us was there on time and when we got back he was there to meet us. Good service.

I called the company when we were 15 minutes away from the airport as instructed and the driver was there when we arrived, he assisted in getting our luggage from the car. On return, I called when we had collected our luggage and by the time we had got to the car park the driver was there, no hanging around. Really good experience, thank you.

Fantastic service! The team that picked up and dropped off the car were very friendly and professional, and it made the whole experience with a toddler so much easier. Will definitely use The Gatwick Valet Parking Company again and highly recommend.

Good experience for the drop off but the pick up was different. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the car to be delivered. The driver was seen in another car about 10 minutes after phoning and then turned up 20 minutes after that. If we had been told that it was going to be that long we would have waited inside the airport rather than in the cold car park.
