This is the second time we have used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company and again we can’t fault the service. Paul contacted us to confirm our booking & made arrangements re the day of our booking. On arrival everything went smoothly & again when we arrived back from our trip. We would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for a reliable Valet company then I’d definitely give these guys a go.

Excellent service, again. We booked through Park and Go for the second time and again, the service was excellent. You call The Gatwick Valet Parking Company 15 minutes prior to arriving at Gatwick, drive to short stay. Meet the driver and off you go. Short walk to Gatwick and that's it! Same in reverse, call driver when landed, short walk across the bridge and off you go. No waiting around at bus stops for 30 minutes. Also, it's not expensive. Check it out, you'll be glad you did.

Second time I have used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company and will continue to use in the future. Competitive price, easy drop off and pick up in short stay car parks.

Was a little bit nervous because I booked the company then checked reviews afterwards but very relieved to say, I had the most pleasent experience. Rang Paul 20 minutes before we arrived and he was there waiting for us when we did. Helped us to locate certain things around the terminal too. Very smooth drop off. When it came to picking up we had a very long and tiring night flight and the last thing I wanted was to be waiting for our car and to my pleasant surprise we didn't wait at all. I rang Paul again just before baggage and asked him to bring the car to the Pickup point rather than the car park just because its easier for us with young kids. We walked out and Paul was waiting there with our car. He advised us on how to pay for the pickup charge and the car was in the exact same condition as drop off. Very happy with the service provided. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely recommend to others and use again myself.

Phoned in 15 minutes ahead as requested, directed to car park and floor number, driver with us in 2 minutes. On return, again called as we got bags off the carousel, given car park number and floor number. Driver pulled up as we got to the floor. Great service again.

Highly recommended. Made our parking at Gatwick so stress free, no waiting for overcrowded buses. Pick up and drop off right next to terminals.

This was the second time we used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company and we cannot recommend them enough. From calling 15 minutes before our arrival and given clear instructions of where to meet to calling on our return once we had collected our suitcases, everything was efficient and just generally a really friendly service. We will definitely be using them again in 2025.
