Bit different from the normal valet parking probably cause the way gatwick have changed the parking regs. The man from the company was waiting did not say much nor give any other info until asked for. On return phone answered promptly and car delivered as stated. Still no communication other wise a good service. Thank you

The service was excellent - they were quick to collect and return the car. However the reason I have marked as 4 rather than 5 was we had to pay the £3 exit fee - this was not clear when the booking was made.

The service was very good but we were not told in advance that we had to pay the exit fee of £3. While it is not a big deal, most companies are up front about it.

Excellent service, they were waiting for us when dropped car off and arrived immediately we landed...excellent.

Our car/driver met us at exactly the time and place agreed at Gatwick airport both on the outward and return journeys. Especially needed after after an 8 hour journey back from the Caribbean so were delighted at being able to get straight into a warm car. Driver was excellent and even helped us get the luggage into the boot. Highly recommended, will use again.
