Can't fault the price and service. Car collected on time & waiting for us on return. Easy & reliable - will definitely consider using again in future.

Drop off was very good. Only had to wait 5 minutes for the driver to arrive to collect the car from the meeting point. Return of the car was a nightmare. We made several calls to the company for information as to when the car would arrive so that my family (inc 3 small children) could remain warm in the airport terminal at 1am rather than the cold of the car park. We were assured it would only be 15 minutes. So after 15 minutes we moved to the collection point of gatwick south terminal car park. Several calls over a period of an hour were made where the man on the phone said our car was 5 minutes away. MY entire family were not pleased!!!! won't use them again.

First time using this service, found the whole process easy and all went smoothly. Fast and efficient service at a great price. Best bit was only having a short walk to/from the terminal as opposed to waiting for a bus transfer, especially after a long delayed return flight. Would definitely use again and recommend, thanks very much.

Excellent service with Gatwick Valet Parking Company. On arrival we had to wait approximately 5 minutes for somebody to turn on. On departure our flight was 5 hours late, absolutely no problem. Our car was waiting for us and we weren't charged anything extra even through we were late. Excellent service and will be using them again.

Pick up was prompt. But the return of the car was slow, over 20 minutes and we had to pay the £3 charge to leave the car park which was not made clear when we booked.

Very good service, waiting time about 10 minutes for your car to return. Only problem was on our way into Gatwick we were not told which level to wait on. Would use again.
