Overall good service. Very efficient on return, but on departure we were kept waiting for a long time because the pick-up driver was waiting at the other end of the drop-off lane to all the other valet drivers.

Excellent way to park at airport, I had 2 large suitcases plus hand luggage and would have struggled getting onto a coach on my own. Best decision I made was using this service. The driver met me within minutes of me arriving, helped me with my luggage onto trolley. When I came back, I crossed the road and my car pulled up at same time! Excellent service, highly reccommended. thank you soo much.

We were very pleased at the speed and efficiency of the company. We were a party of 4 and all were impressed. we will use the group again as it removes all the parking pressure from a long-haul flight.

The driver arrived to pick up the car just as we drove into the waiting area - excellent. He politely introduced himself, clearly explained the return procedure and then drove the car away leaving us to get on with our holiday. On our return to a snowbound and chaotic Gatwick we only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the driver to deliver our car, already nicely warmed up, hand over the keys and we were off home! All very professional and highly recommended
