Driver was waiting on arrival. No issues and easy procedure. Waited 10 minutes on return but that’s of course due to limited time to get out of the airport. Very professional and happy with the service. Would use again.

Great service as usual. Met me for departure within 5 minutes and on return even though there had been disruption and serious delays I rang and was told it would be within 25 minutes so I got a coffee and then was met at promised time. Will definitely use again.

Not great long wait to collect the car and even longer 45 minutes to drop it back off.

I got our arrival day wrong, and realising this as you arrive at 5am is stressful: but the man we spoke with was so lovely and once he found out booking, just amended it and met us. On arrival back we waiting about 20/25minutes from the call, but it was late a night so I imagine less staff on. Would definitely use again as each person we met was so lovely and they were very accommodating.

I always use The Gatwick Valet Parking Company now for parking at Gatwick, they are reliable and trustworthy. Waited for me on time and returned my car promptly, very good value for money and even a discount code when you sign up for emails.

Highly recommend, answered the calls quickly, were at the pick up point exactly when they said they would be. Very happy.

Excellent service, easiest way to start and finish your holiday. Really simple to book and then call 15 minutes before arriving at the car park to drop off and call once baggage is collected. No waiting at all on drop off or collection. Highly recommended and have used several times.
