Been booking through Park and Go for a few years now Easy directions to the car park someone There in less than 15 minutes to drop off. Pick up car after holiday, no hanging about for shuttle buses Very convenient till, Park and Go, service excellent.

Great service from start to finish, few minutes wait to drop car off and collecting but that was due to traffic, no big deal. Staff polite and friendly, have used in the past and will continue to use in the future.

If you’re looking for a valet parking that doesn’t break the bank , providing the service they advertised, then The Gatwick Valet Parking Company is one to use. Their customer service is outstanding & definitely will be using them again in the future & definitely recommend to friends & family. It has to be one of the best valet parking services we have used. We had a courtesy call from Paul , just to double checking we were still going to be on time for our arranged drop off time . He gave us instructions on where to meet him & what CarPark & floor we need to head to . We thought this was a great idea , something we have never had before from any other valet service. Paul was waiting for us in the car park drop off point at Gatwick North. It was a straight forward handover, he explained what we need to do when we arrived back at Gatwick . On our return to Gatwick which was in the early hours of the morning, we called from baggage reclaim. The driver explained where to go to pick up our car. When we arrived at the pick up point, & going on past experiences , we were expecting to have to wait a while , especially as our collection time was in the early hours. How wrong were we. Within about 5-10 minutes the driver arrived, so impressed , there’s nothing worse than a long wait for your car to arrive especially when you just want to get home. The drive was very pleasant, handed over my keys & CarPark exit ticket , you need to pay this exit yourself , which we knew when we booked. All in all a stress free start & finish to our holiday.Thanks again guys
