Answered calls promptly. Efficient service. Polite staff. I will be using The Gatwick Valet Parking Company again!

Did what it said on the tin, met at car park.Car taken, on return as we arrived out of the lifts in the car park our car arrived, could not of been better. Only one observation unlike other providers I have used in the past the employee was not wearing any physical signs he worked for the company, Only on the fact he knew the detail was I happy to release my keys.

We followed the instructions and called whilst on our way. We still had to wait over half an hour in the car park for them to come and take our car. Thankfully we had plenty of time before our flight. Upon our return we waited over half an hour for our car to be brought back to us. Not ideal when cold, tired, and wanting to get home after a long flight.

I would highly recommend booking through Park & Go! I had to change my flight last minute and they were very accommodating. Nothing was a problem and made it stress free. So easy to sort and very reliable!

Good pick up and drop off. Used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company before, they are good. Managed to start my car, it had a flat battery after 3 weeks of not being used.

Drop-off and pick-up went without a hitch. Driver arrived to collect and return at the time promised.

Called @15 minutes before arrival and Paul arrived a couple of minutes after we arrived at the agreed collection point. On return I called after collecting my luggage and again was only waiting a couple of minutes before my car arrived at the agreed location. This is the third time this year I’ve used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company and they have been faultless…will be back next month.
