Despite calling 20 minutes before arriving at Gatwick North as required, we had to wait about 20 minutes getting cold in the car park waiting for the cars to be picked up. Someone should have there waiting for us on arrival. Having said that, our experience on the return to Gatwick was much better. Our cars were already in the car park at the pickup point.

The Gatwick Valet Parking Company Meet and Greet booked through Park & Go was excellent. Got a call from Paul en route to confirm our arrival time and was met as arranged on time. On arrival back at Gatwick I called the company after collecting my luggage and my car was there within 2 minutes of me arriving at the collection point. Will definitely use again.
