Misleading Description and Unacceptable Use of My Vehicle. The company claims your car is stored in a secure car park away from the airport. In my case this is untrue. My vehicle has a built-in dash cam, and the footage clearly shows the owner using my car for personal errands—shopping, going home, and later driving it to the Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (A23 Airport Way), where it was left for six hours. It was then moved to the Travelodge Gatwick Airport Central and remained parked there for the entire 10 days of our trip. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. On previous occasions, the dash cam was mysteriously disconnected, with the excuse that it had “fallen off the windscreen.” Now I know why. If you value transparency and the security of your vehicle, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
