I use airport parking a lot and never stick to one company as I go for the cheapest as there nothing different between them but The Gatwick Valet Parking Company were great, our flight was delayed but still there when we arrived. Very polite and a great service, would happily recommend and will be using again.

Excellent service dropping off our truck and collecting it. We saw the same gent both times who was polite and answered all our questions. We didn’t even need to ring on our return as he rang us to let us know he was standing by. We found the price extremely competitive and would use again next time we fly. Our truck was returned in the condition it was left. Well done The Gatwick Valet Parking Service. Superb customer service.

All went to plan, perfect. Waved bye bye to car and hello later.

Absolutely fantastic service. I don't know whether this is one guy who only works but I always seem to get the same guy whenever I go and we have a good friendly chat on pick up and drop off. No complaints at all !

Absolutely brilliant service from The Gatwick Valet Parking Company. On our drop off, the driver called us to check how far away we are( travelled from Newcastle to Gatwick), gave us all necessary info on where to drop off the car for them to collect. We handed our key to the driver and left the country. On our return, we called the driver to inform him we had landed. He already knew and was waiting for us on arranged level of the car park. Very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for safe and great value parking with reputable company.

We always book through Park and Go when flying. Service has always been amazing and we have never had any issues and this time was no different.

Have used these guys 4-5 times now - first class service and never an issue even when our flight was delayed 24hrs! Always helpful and responsive. Literally when we got through passport control and called, they were there 10minutes later. Superb service.

Really pleased with this service. Not used meet and greet before but it was very simple and easy. Easy instructions, very close to airport and quickly returned car after we landed in the early hours. Would definitely recommend.

Clear instructions- fairly prompt meet at start and very prompt return. Literally waited a couple of minutes. Have used this company before and would use again.
