Very good service.

From making the booking to dropping my car off and then collecting it everything went so smoothly and I had no problems at all. Didn’t wait long for my car to be collected, then the return less then 5 minutes wait from getting to the collection point for my car to arrive. The same guy dropped and collection my car was very polite and had a great customer service. Always booked through Park & Go. Excellent service has always.

Absolutely can fault this service. It’s so reasonably priced as well. We love the meet and greet. Even though our plane was late Saturday there was no problems with getting car. It’s our second time booking through Park and Go and we will be staying with them.

On a busy day at the airport The Gatwick Valet Parking Company were not only there ready to meet me but were really helpful in finding me a parking space. Very polite, courteous and professional. A return flight was delayed and we didn't get to the airport car park until 3:00 AM. The driver was there ready to meet us, no waiting!! First class service.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Dropping off the car was seamless having made the required telephone call 15 minutes before arriving at Gatwick North. Having flown back to Gatwick South where we should have collected our car, the driver advised us that Gatwick was gridlocked and it would take him 40 minutes to get to the South terminal. This was at 10.15 at night. On his advice we took the monorail to the North terminal, which was very quick and where the driver was waiting for us. He then took the trouble to carefully explain how we could avoid the gridlock by taking a back way back way out, which took us directly to Reigate and onwards to the M25. It worked perfectly.

Really excellent, arrived earlier than booked very early in the morning so rang and asked for earlier collection which was very kindly agreed to. Return collection was again slightly earlier but was again still efficient and pleasant. Will definitely use again.
