Driver was waiting to pick up the car when we arrived and adapted to a change of flight date followed by 2 hour delay to the revised flight. Was still friendly and waiting with the car when we came out. Would have no hesitation to use again for our next journey from Gatwick

Great service, really easy. Paul sent me a text message to enquire that I was on my way just before I phoned in. When we arrived back, we had arrived back earlier than expected but it was no problem. Really great and easy service.

I had to call 6 times before someone answered, however the person collecting the car was prompt and friendly. We only waited 5 minutes to receive our car, which was in perfect condition. Will use this company again.

The process was easy from start to finish! Even with a very last minute change request, the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would definitely use this service again, it reduced the stress at the start and end of our journey.

Drop off and pick up, clear and simple A missed call by me followed up by a text, appreciated that. Charges all inclusive bar the Exit ticket (currently £ 5) so all transparent and no hidden extras... Recommended.
