I thought the price included the car park exit fee. Other than that the service was quite good.

Very good, had to wait a bit for car to be taken and returned, otherwise very pleased.

Slight delay in meeting at airport for collection and had to phone twice. Prompt pickup on return ready and waiting. Would be helpful if staff were identifiable by having uniform or IDENTIFICATION badges, seemed we were handing over to anyone!

Used during May'17, worked exactly as advertised, friendly staff and competitively priced compared with other airport parking. Thanks.

Generally very pleased with the whole experience, one slight thing was, I was unclear and I don't know if I misheard or not told but we went to the orange car park on level 1. the car was on level 0.

Super easy system, a little bit of a wait on arrival for departure but it was obviously a very busy time for the drivers! Thank you !

Reliable, efficient and good value for money!

Excellent and prompt drop off but on return we were given the wrong location for pick when we notified arrival. However apologies were given and it would not stop me using this service again.

Excellent as usual. Have now used the Gatwick Valet company at least a dozen times, and the service is always very good. This time however we were away for five weeks and when the car was brought back, it was slightly dirtier than usual, had been under some trees I think. Hence only 4 stars. Usually I would give 5stars to them.
