Arrival at Gatwick South found our driver waiting. V good. On return we had to wait 4/5 Minutes. OK. Website good, quick responses to telephone, so almost perfect when service cheapest on offer.

Would have been a five. But, we had to ring a few times before we could find your staff member to drop the car off. On returning, the driver was young and not very experienced. He couldn't park the car! Other than that, all good.

Car was picks up quickly from friendly person, on return lost the contact number but they contacted me soon after landing to find out what was going on really helpful. Good company to use reliable.

Pleased with service. We were met as advised and our car was parked close by without additional excessive mileage.

Picked up car punctually. Returned car clean and punctually. Same driver each time who was polite, courteous and friendly.

We have used them on a number of occasions with no problem at all. However on the last two occasions, when we have phoned 15 minutes beforehand to tell them of our imminent arrival at Gatwick, they have had no record of our booking, which is always a bit worrying. However, we have been met and the chap has taken the details off our paperwork, although has been unable to issue a receipt for the car. We have been met on arriving back with no problem at all. This is the only reason I have only been able to award 4 out of 5.

Second time we have used the service at Gatwick and very happy with the results again. Quick arrival to both collect and deliver our car.

Used this company before and have found that on both occasions you are stood waiting for them to turn up, even if you have rung ahead to give them the 15 minutes as requested. This time s rang them to ask where they were before I set off from the hotel to the airport. I then waited where I was for 15 minutes and them set off getting to the drop off point about 20 to 25 minutes after I called to let them know. Imagine my surprise when I then had to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes before my driver turned up. It's very frustrating. However the driver was the same guy as last time and he was very polite and helpful a credit to the company. Upon return, no complaints car was waiting for us, but then we were a bit late taking off, oh and the parking cost me £4.50 not £3.00. All in all a good enough experience to use again.

Although we have always had good service from EPG in the past and recommended the company to friends we were disappointed this year as when we arrived at Gatwick the company did not have a record of our booking and we had to wait some time for someone to arrive and although we confirmed our return date and time we had to wait at least 20 minutes for our car on return.

Have used this company quite a lot when travelling and would recommend them, generally good timing when picking up and returning the vehicle, shall definitely be booking again! Thank you!
