The service was really good and efficient would have no worries about using then again. The information on the booking confirmation needs a little updating as it is not the same as the actual events. Also the cost of the exit ticket was more than stated. In all other respects everything was fine and I would certainly use them again.

Nice fast and speedy drop off as usual, had to wait a little while for the car on collection but only as lots of flights arrived at once but still less than catching a bus to a car park further away, would definitely use again.

We've been using Park And Go at Gatwick for the last few years and have always been impressed with their service. I'd highly recommend them.

Absolutely 1st class service from this company. We arrive 30 minutes early and called them as we approached the airport. We were sent round straight away to the drop off area in the car park right outside the terminal where a lovely gentleman checked our car for any damage and gave us a slip to prove there was no damage upon drop off. Upon our return we called them as we had just collected our luggage. We exited the airport straight away and stretched our legs for a couple of minutes before heading straight over the road to the same place we had dropped the car off and as we exited the lift there was my car just pulling in to a bay. We fully checked the car and there was zero damage and was in the same immaculate state we had left it with them and only 12 miles in total on the clock had been added. Will 100% be using THE GATWICK VALET PARKING COMPANY again. This was the best valet parking experience I have ever used and was less than half the price of most the others.
