Excellent. Clear instructions and good timekeeping. We were very pleased.

Yet again, fantastic service. We have now used them at least twice a year for the last five years and they have been on time to collect and deliver our car back to the airport. All the staff are very polite and my car is always looked after. Definitely will use again.

Fantastic service, we use them every time we go away. They were already there when we arrived, both sides of holiday. Professional, friendly and trustworthy.

Excellent service at pick up and drop off. Staff very pleasant, car waiting in express pick up. Exit fee now £ 3.80 and ticket machine removed from car park, pay at exit.

Very impressed with the service. Worked exactly as the instructions said, after notification someone was waiting to take the car on arrival so all we had to do was walk from the car park to the terminal (5 minutes). Same on return. Will definitely use again.

This is the 3rd time I have used the Gatwick valet parking company, and next year will be the 4th time I shall use it. Every time I have used their service it has be A1. They are professional, courteous and very helpful, which as everyone knows can be stressful when going on holiday worrying about your car, well don’t!! I would recommend using The Gatwick parking valet company every time.

No complaints at all about the service, easy drop off and pick up. Always use this same service every time we go away. But for future reference to all its £3:80 now for the ticket and also its card only no cash. So be careful about this before you go.
