Whilst I was happy with the location of the parking site, the site itself and the attitude of the staff, I was disappointed that they did not know of my arrival and even though I had booked online I hade to go through the whole process again.

Superfast check in, no wait to get dropped at airport! Bus waiting for us as soon as we got to bus stop & dropped off right at car! Best park & ride we have used for airport parking!

Arrived at 5:25am and waited in a line of car's waiting to checkin ,i final got to checkin at 5:55 at which point the person at the window did not have my booking on his computer at this point he then ask me for all my details again .We arrived at glasgow airport 6:15 for a flight at 7am which was cutting it a bit fine .I have booked with you before and never had this problem,but it may put me off booking with you again in the near future.

Very happy with the promptmess of courtesy coach both when arriving and on our return. Best value car park by far
