friendly efficient service was taken to airport and collected within 5 minutes and my car battery was flat and they jumpstarted it for me what a relief

In respect of the price, location and excellent customer relations of the staff in extremely severe weather conditions this organisation come highly recommended TVM.

We had to wait 20 minutes before we got into the can park and another 20mins before the bus took us to the airport. You will have to do better than this if you want to keep your customers. ( pick up was OK)

Sorry, but having to wait with about another 30 people for a bus to collect us when returning from holiday, has made me decide to find another place to park in future.I felt so sorry for those at the end of the queue as their wait would be so much longer

very good and easy efficient service, we arrived at night and were directed to a parking spot , the bus was available and the driver was helpful and courteous.On return bus was available within 5 mins. Thanks again

I have used Park & Go on many occasions and have seen the progress of their security and would not hesitate to recommend their site. They give exceptionally good service and the staff were very helpful & courteous, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good service and handy for me as I live on that side of Glasgow airport I've used the car park on quite a few occasions now and was concerned changing the bus service to every 20 mins rather than on demand would be a problem but, to date, hasn't been an issue. Arriving at a busy time is the only problem as it's quite time consuming checking in as you have to check in before parking and your kept outside queued up so can end up with quite a wait as it's only one car at a time. No problems on return, dropped at car, load baggage and off you go

Easy to find, no delay either travelling to or from the airport. One small niggle, booking in could be a problem if the weather was inclement

Very happy with the service provided, Pleasant and helpful staff (helped to load and unload baggage). On our return drove the bus right up to our car. Would happily use them again

Glasgow Direct Parking was excellent, park own car and take keys with you, bus to airport good, staff helpful. Only down side was check in of car took longer than it should because Park and Go had not passed any details to Direct Parking!
