Reviewed on 26th February 2024Despite paying for the drop off and collect car parking at Heathrow Airport when booking on arrival and leaving five star meet and greet charged me again. I didn’t have time to argue at the time but I eventually got the money back. It took them 40 minutes to get my car back to me when I returned. Both the passenger floor mat and the drivers floor mat Were covered in mud . Dreadful service, dreadful company.

Reviewed on 28th October 2018We printed off the emails and details and followed them. We waited where they told us to wait and no one turned up. Finally I rang again to be told the instructions we were sent were wrong. Funnily enough we were told to collect the car in the wrong place - so another long wait for nothing. So do not use this company as they are totally incompetent when it comes to telling customers where to drop off and collect.

Reviewed on 25th May 2018Car drop off was fine and was met as expected. However, the pick-up process was very poor. As requested I notified 5 star once I disembarked the plane and again when I cleared security. I was very pleased to see my car parked as promised in the short stay car park. However, the driver was no where to be found - my car was unlocked but had no keys. After waiting 5 minutes I called the driver but he did not answer his phone - my call went to voice mail. After several more attempts to call the driver he turned off his phone. I was left standing next to my car for 20 minutes or so with no idea why or where the drive had gone and where the keys to my car were. Eventually the driver returned to the car park driving another customer's car. I find this behaviour unacceptable and will not use 5 star again.

Reviewed on 19th February 2018Very disappointed - had to wait over 10 minutes for my car to be collected on arrived and 40 minutes when leaving Heathrow. The driver blamed a traffic jam, but there was no evidence of any queues when I left the airport. Also, my car is covered in bird droppings.

Reviewed on 30th August 2017I had the key & paperwork thrust into my hand when I arrived to collect my car - the guy seemed like he was in a real hurry. When I got home I realised why - the lower section of the front bumper of my brand new Q7 had been trashed. They said I have driven the car out of the airport so they are not liable - 'We live & learn' Check your car as thoroughly as they do when they collect it from you!!

Reviewed on 1st November 2015I use a meet and greet service every week I have never received my car back in such a dirty state, it looked like they had been rallying. If they feel this is acceptable then it's not and makes me think how badly they treat my car, I will not use this company again.

Reviewed on 20th September 2015Bad experience for both departure and arrival. On arrival - telephoned advising we would arrive in 20 minutes when joining the M25 from M3 as instructed. On arrival at the parking space had to wait 20 minutes for a driver to collect our car. On arrival- telephoned to advise we had picked up up our cases from the baggage hall. No reply, went to voicemail on both numbers given, on the sixth attempt. A voice told us that we were not expected until 1.30 next morning, so please wait for a call back. Waited for 35 minutes, a call came and our car appeared 10 minutes later. Our plane landed 10.55, we got our car at 12.15.

Reviewed on 6th September 2015On return I was kept waiting for 40 minutes and each time I called they said it would be 5 minutes and then the driver did not pay the exit fee - he went to the machine but had trouble and handed me the ticket knowing I would have to pay at the exit, absolutely disgusting and I wont use them again.
