Meet and greet should not mean collecting your car form the short stay car park on level 5 at 5.30pm on a wet October evening, I was told this happens because the company has to pay for the parking tickets! Would not use again.

Dreadful. Use someone else. Snt me to wrong pick up point, en took half hour after directing me to correct pick up point to collect car. Spoke to other people waiting, they had similar experience. Useless.

I had to wait 35 minutes for my car, which eventually arrived at 22:35 hours at night after having travelled all day, and this is totally unacceptable.

Very poor service, waited forty minutes for the car to be picked up, had to ring twice to collect the car on our arrival back in the UK, will never use this company again.

It took over an hour to get my vehicle delivered back to the terminal after I had contacted 5 star meet and greet car parking. I chased and spoken to one of the staff who couldn't even be bothered to phone me back with an update and instead sent a text offering a free valet if I use the company again in the future. What a waste of time.

This service is cheerfully efficient and 'does what it says on the tin'. Just be wary of the way in to the car park - if you've been before it's easy, so I'll know next time! Full marks. CW

Despite several advanced phone calls they were late. While other company's were waiting for their clients we had to wait 15 mins. It would have faster to use long stay !
