Reviewed on 4th October 2021Delays collecting my car so was hanging around at T2 departures but the most frustrating part of the experience only came about two days later. I was involved in a near-miss incident and when I went to review the dash cam footage I discovered five star had disconnected the power and optical leads from the cameras. Two cameras, three leads. Entirely unacceptable. My car is tracked so I know where they park it anyway.

Reviewed on 18th December 2020Having used for years, I was very disappointed and concerned that drop off and pick up is outside departures and not on level4. Trying to save a few £s on parking ticket at the expense of customer service is poor. Not sure if now will use again.

Reviewed on 4th January 2020We had 225 miles to drive to arrive at Heathrow and were early - the Meet and Greet were unable to meet us until the time we had said we would arrive - we needed to wait in a service station. When collecting the car they were 20 minutes late and the car looked as if it had been parked in a field - it was covered with mud, mainly outside but muddy footprints on 3 of the floor mats inside too. We probably will not use this Meet and Greet service provider again.

Reviewed on 9th September 2019Although due to heavy traffic we arrived late for our car park collection. We had several calls from the the collection guy who wasn’t at all happy. We arrived at the vague collection point only to not see any signs or a well identifiable point to stop at. The man had no shirt or high vis jacket to identify him. We then found ourselves having to go around the block again. At this point he was furious. We left the car with him and a terrible start to our holiday. On collection we called the office and the car arrived 15 minutes later. I would not use 5 Star again.

Reviewed on 5th December 2018I'm a regular user of 5 star. The usual experience is pretty good but alas not this time. The drop off was 15 minutes late and to say it was shambolic is being kind. It was 15 minutes late and the guys who did it were totally clueless although I recognised one of them as I have used this service many times before. I was about to book for a week over Christmas, but will choose another service. Unfortunately I have several upcoming bookings with 5 star. Just not up to standard!!

Phoned us at 50 minutes before arrival at Heathrow and I said we would be there in 40 minutes, car park ticket reflected this and it took another 30 minutes to get a driver to collect my car. We use you regularly and every time either collection or delivery is late . Very poor, on our return however car was there as promised.!

Reviewed on 30th January 2017We had to wait for about 15 minutes on arrival at the airport car park. There weren't enough allocated car parking spaces for meet and greet so I had to wait for someone to leave before I could park the car. The service on return was much better (I think it was a very quiet time) and there was no waiting at all. All was well until the car stalled right at the exit barrier and would not restart. The battery was completely dead. I rang meet and greet and spoke to the driver who had dropped off the car, hoping he would offer to help, i.e. jump start the car being that we were stationary in the queue for the barrier with people beeping at us constantly, but he said all I could do was email the company on Monday as "management weren't around at the weekend". It was Saturday at 4pm, so not particularly helpful! Luckily the guy at the barrier was more helpful, helping to extend our ticket so we could get out of the car park when the breakdown people arrived with jump leads an hour later. This experience somewhat clouded our whole experience as a little customer service in an emergency would be expected.

Reviewed on 14th November 2016Outward: Very Poor!! Arrived at 16.00, pick up promised at 16.10. After chaser phone call told employee was on the train from Terminal 5 - wait 10 minutes. But he arrived at 16.40!! Luckily we still had enough time to catch our flight. Return: all OK!
