Reviewed on 3rd May 2016Drop off was fine - very smooth. When I picked up the car it was filthy. Covered in mud/dust and bits of fern/pine tree. Driver's footwell full of the same stuff. Lat time, ever.

Reviewed on 30th September 2015I have used your the meet and greet service on several occasions but our recent experience was not good. We had to wait 90 minutes for our vehicle to be delivered to us once we had cleared baggage reclaim at T5 Heathrow. The excuse was that the vehicle had been booked in for off airport parking with the wrong arrival date. The result being the vehicle had been parked behind several other cars which caused the delay. We were offered discount off of my next booking but am not sure how this will be kept on file for us to take up the offer.

Reviewed on 2nd September 2015Drop off was fine. Pick up was not. Main phone number did not work (tried 5 times and from different phones), second number went straight to voice mail. Tried calling park and go for advice (not open) and then tried an email to 5 star which got a bounce back. At about the point I was going to jump in cab, thinking I had been scammed and the car stolen I got call back from a guy saying he had missed call....20 mins later I had my car back. Not what I wanted late at night - took about an hour in total. The guy dropping off the car apologetic hence not a 1 star rating.

Reviewed on 5th December 2014Poor service. On arrival, the car arrived very late. The driver did not help with the luggage and did not inspect the car with me. He said he was late to pick up the car so just shoved keys in my hand and vanished. I regularly use "Meet and Greet ". Easily the worst service.

Reviewed on 22nd September 2014The service was overall very disappointing. Despite calling as stated, prior to arrival, no one was there to meet us and we were left waiting early in the morning with two children under two for twenty minutes. On the way back it was even worse I called from the plane to say we had landed and again when we had our luggage, despite this we were again left waiting for 45 minutes before our car arrived. As there are plenty of other meet and greet services available, we will certainly be using another in future.

Reviewed on 17th September 2014Waited 30 mins from our 2nd phone call for car to be dropped off on our return. Car was filthy on the outside. Will not use again.

Reviewed on 3rd January 2014We rang ( as directed) 30 mins away from LHR and again on arrival at Term 3. To be told the driver would be 6 mins. 20 mins late he turned up. Which was quite annoying. On return to LHR our flight landed early sowe advised 5 star straight away. 15 mins later we had our cases and rang again and was told where to wait in the car park and the driver would be 6 mins. 15 mins later we rang again as no driver and v cold waiting in car park. To be told they would ring the driver. 5 star rang back and said the driver was 6 mins away! 15 mins later he turned up . Even though he did apologise it simply is not acceptable to be lied to and kept waiting for longer than 10 mins on departure or arrival. I think their standard line is ' the driver will be 6 mins' !

Reviewed on 21st September 2013Booking was fine. Disappointingly had to wait for your service both at drop off and on pick up. I would not class this as a 5 star service. I travel for work weekly and regularly use services at airports like this. At T5, the service is not as good as other companies. Based on price points, I would reconsider utilising yourselves, unless the price was significantly cheaper than your competition.
